info@aspiretss.comWhat is an ASAT proof of concept?
A proof of concept is a scoped evaluation of ASAT against your organization’s priorities. Together, we agree the audience, products, approved scenarios and success criteria, then review the evidence before you decide how to move forward.
How is a POC different from a demo or free trial?
A demo is a guided product walkthrough. The self-service free trial lets you explore the platform through our published trial offering. A POC starts with an agreed evaluation plan for your organization, including scope, responsibilities and a review of the results.
Which products can we evaluate?
Choose a product from the request form, or select “Help me choose” to discuss your needs. You can ask about security awareness training, phishing and other simulation channels, and human risk management. Our team will confirm availability, licensing and the products included in your pilot before it begins.
How long does a POC take, and is there a cost?
The duration and any commercial terms depend on the agreed scope, audience and setup requirements. We will discuss these with you before you commit to a pilot. Sending this request does not start a subscription.
What should we prepare before the pilot?
Identify a program owner, an initial audience and the security behaviors you want to evaluate. Bring any language, access, integration and data-handling requirements. Agree internal approvals and the scope of any simulations before launch.
How will we measure success?
Choose measures that match your selected products and goals. These may include training participation, assessment results, simulation responses, threat reporting and human risk trends. Agree a baseline and review period so the final discussion uses meaningful evidence.
Can our IT, security and business teams join the evaluation?
Yes. Include the people who will own deployment, employee communications and the purchase decision. Share technical and business requirements in the request so the evaluation can address both the administrator and learner experience.
What happens after I send the request?
Our team will contact you to discuss your selected product, priorities and proposed audience. You can then agree the scope, setup, timing and review criteria. The pilot begins only after the relevant details and approvals are confirmed.
